Questions about price and payment
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All amounts exclude VAT. Under each amount you see what you pay including VAT.
How do I pay?
By invoice. Paying per year is the best value. If your board needs a quote, ask for one by email.
What happens when I reach the limit?
Then you cannot add new objects. Reading, searching and exporting keep working. If an import is too large, Lade loads the first rows and keeps the rest.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export as CSV or JSON on every plan. On a lower plan all your data is kept.
Does the AI count towards the price?
Every plan has a number of AI drafts per month. When they are used up, you fill in objects yourself. That always works.
Can I pay per month?
Yes, but paying per year is cheaper. Paying per month costs 20% more in total.

- Lade is an online collection register for small museums. You register objects with a photo and the items of the Museumnorm 2025.
- What it costs
- Start is free up to 250 objects. Standard costs €290 per year and Plus €790 per year, both excluding VAT. You pay by invoice.
- What happens to our data
- Your data belongs to the museum. You can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time. Hosting is in the EU.
- What the AI does
- The AI only suggests what a photo shows. A person approves every field. The AI never writes provenance, owner, location, rights or dimensions.
- Who may do what
- There are four roles: viewer, contributor, editor and owner. You can print the table of permissions for your own work instructions.
